SHIPPING

Please understand that we ship 3-5 business days after purchase, as items are handmade to order.

 

Custom items are made to order therefore, production may take 4-6 weeks (this does not include shipping).

You will receive an email confirmation upon purchase and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Do not email regarding your orders whereabouts unless the production timeframe has passed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by mail services and international customs and fees. We will not be held responsible for

 

whatever happens to your order once it has been shipped. In the event your package gets lost, you would need to contact Auspost,

 

not us.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. ALL items are final sale.

EXCHANGES


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are hand packed securely with love and care. In the rare case you do receive a faulty item upon arrival, we offer free repairs. Please send photographic evidence to customercare@medusalabel.com within 48 hours after receiving the product. If 48 hours have past we unfortunately can not offer free repairs. Please email us to obtain return authorisation and information.
